A fun twist on the classic Moscow Mule, this vodka-based beverage is easy to make and completely customizable (especially with your preferred level of spicy!).

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 oz of 10 Torr Habanero & Jalapeño Vodka from Top Shelf Wine & Spirits
- 1/2 oz of lime juice
- 5 oz of zero sugar ginger beer
- 1 tsp of sliced ginger root
- A few sprigs of cilantro
- A few slices of jalapeño
- Chile Lime Seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Take a slice of lime and line the top of a copper mug with lime juice. Circle the rim of the mug around a plate of chile-lime seasoning.
- Combine vodka, lime juice, cilantro, ginger root, and jalapeño in a cocktail shaker with ice + shake it up.
- Strain into your copper mug over ice.
- Add the ginger beer, stir, and garnish with cilantro, jalapeño, and a slice of lime. Enjoy!
2. SMOKY BASIL MARGARITA
The smoky mezcal low-carb cocktail pairs brilliantly with the herbal notes of the basil and cucumber, making this beverage a savory addition to your healthy weekend festivities.

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 oz of Gem + Bolt Mezcal (I got mine from Top Shelf Wine + Spirits)
- 1 handful of fresh basil
- the juice of two limes
- 1/4 cucumber
- lime flavored sparkling water (I used La Croix)
- salt for the rim
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Run a lime slice over the rim of the glass and dip it into a plate of salt.
- Muddle the cucumber and basil together.
- Combine muddled cucumber and basil, mezcal, ice, and lime juice (optional: basil stevia simple syrup) in a cocktail shaker + shake well.
- Strain into rocks or margarita glass over ice.
- Top with sparkling water, garnish with cucumber and basil, and enjoy!
3. BLOOD ORANGE PALOMA
This low-carb cocktail is easy to make, perfect for summer sipping and contains OLIPOP sparkling tonic, beneficial prebiotics, plant fiber, and botanicals to support your microbiome and benefit digestive health.

INGREDIENTS:
- 1.5 oz L∅s Sundays Blanco Tequila
- 3 oz of OLIPOP’s Orange Squeeze Sparkling Tonic
- 1 oz of fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice
- 1 oz of fresh-squeezed blood orange juice
- 1 oz of fresh-squeezed lime juice
- Tajín for rim
- Blood orange slice and optional edible flowers for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Run a lime wedge around the rim of your glasses and twist the glass onto a plate of chile-lime seasoning to create the Tajín rim.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the tequila and fresh-squeezed juices.
- Pour over ice and top with OLIPOP Orange Squeeze Sparkling Tonic.
- Garnish with a blood orange slice and some edible flowers. Enjoy!
4. BLOOD ORANGE POMEGRANATE MAI TAI

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 oz. Atlantico Platino Rum from Top Shelf Wine & Spirits (I used white rum, you can also use a dark rum as long as it doesn’t contain added flavors or sugars)
- 3 oz. pineapple flavored sparkling water (I used Perrier)
- 1 oz. pomegranate flavored sparkling water (I used Sanpellegrino’s Pomegranate & Blackcurrant Momenti)
- Juice of 1/2 a blood orange
- a few chunks of pineapple
- 1/2 teaspoon of orange extract
- 1/4 teaspoon of almond extract
- 1 teaspoon of lime juice
- Optional: Maraschino cherries with stems attached for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Muddle a few pineapple chunks in your cocktail shaker (save a few pieces for garnish).
- Add ice to the shaker and combine muddled pineapple chunks, extracts, lime juice, blood orange juice, and rum. Shake well.
- Strain into a cold glass over ice.
- Top with both flavors of sparkling water, and garnish with pineapple and Maraschino cherry. Enjoy!
