You may see a $1 “validation charge” required by our bank on your account. This will fall off your account in 3-5 business days. You will not be charged anything if you show up for your appointment or cancel your appointment at least 3 hours in advance by calling or using the cancellation link in your appointment confirmation email.

Immediately after you book your appointment, you’ll receive an email with links that will allow you to cancel or reschedule your appointment any time up until 3 hours before your appointment.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Appointments reschedules with at least 3 hours notice will not be charged. In the case of cancellation or no-show made within 3 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a $50 non-refundable Consultation Fee.
